DO YOU KNOW...? that when you are studying in a room, you have to open something?(i.e. the door, window) If you are studying in an air-con room, then you have to open your cupboard or drawer. This is a psychological problem that people have. If you don't open something, you'll have the feeling of being confined. You'll need to have the feeling of a place to escape to. If you are in an air-con room without cupboard, drawer or anything you can open. I suggest you change a room.
