DO YOU KNOW...? that when you are studying in a room, you have to open something?(i.e. the door, window) If you are studying in an air-con room, then you have to open your cupboard or drawer. This is a psychological problem that people have. If you don't open something, you'll have the feeling of being confined. You'll need to have the feeling of a place to escape to. If you are in an air-con room without cupboard, drawer or anything you can open. I suggest you change a room. Okay, maybe not such a big thing. My sis and I went down to buy dinner. In the lift, that's where it all happens, we were chatting happily and all of a sudden, I saw a thinny tiny movement at our feet. It is a small and black thing, scruffling around. Sounds cute, right? NOT! OMG! You should have guess what is it by now. It's... *Drums roll* * * * * * Xiao Qiang! A.k.a cockroach Imagine me and the cockroach in one tiny little lift. What happens? All Hell break loose At that time, the lift was in-between the 13th and the 10th floor. I was so agitated I am surprise I could even reach for the lift panel. I immediately dabbed on the 10th floor and pounded on it until it reached there and both of us escaped. Unharmed, I am happy to say. Then we walked all the way down from the stairs. THAT, seriously was the first time. I think I will go crazy if it happens again. HOPEFULLY, there wouldn't be a next time to speak of. Pray don't let me encounter it again. Now, I have to check the lift before I dare to step into it. Alone or not. Sigh... I think I around one month never post le? Nevermind, that's not important. Nothing much happening in my life. So I'll talk about me and my sis going to the book sales yesterday. I met Weilin and Weiting there. There were like how many books there? Even "a lot" seem an understatement. I bought about 8 books. There were so many people there man. I would have gone on "shopping" for books if my sis stopped complaining her legs ached and she's hungry. I think I stayed there for about one hour plus. I am SO tempted to go again to search for books today. But it's really messy man. I couldn't really find much books that I really like. I think I may go there again tomorrow, after tuition. I didn't realise how hungry I was until I paid for the books. Me and my sis bought hotdog bread at orangetwist and sat in the seats along the corridor. The people passing us kept slanting looks over to us, it really irritates me. We bought a can of 100plus to drink and we were on our way home. I really envy those who I saw taking big packs and small packs of books and paying for them. They can buy alot but my budget is limited. Otherwise, I don't think I will only buy 8 books. I saw a lady who dragged a plastic bag along with her. It was so packed with books! I think there's about 50 plus books in there. And my sis can be so dense somtimes. This is what happened. That lady was standing beside me looking through the books on display. The plastic bag full of books was in-between me and her. I turned my back on her to whisper to my sis to look behind me and see the plastic bag. And she was like speaking so loud, "Huh? Where? Behind you?" I was so embarrassed when she went behind me to point at the plastic bag! Oh man, and the lady was right there! Okay this is all about the journey to the book sales. I am SO not going to bring her to another book sales again. This is not very fair because when she grows up, I can't go along with her to complain of wherever she is bringing me. Okay, I am being childish. But I want to give her a taste of her own medicine. Hehes.. Anyway, when we reached home. Both of us were so tired, we slept without eating our dinner. And my mum was so frustrated she didn't cook today, saying since nobody going to eat, she wouldn't cook. Now you know where my childish streak came from. Now, I have to go down and buy dinner. Sigh... |
